The Ultimate Bahamas Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Ultimate Bahamas Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Tropical Kosher Concierge ("TKC"), Nassau, The Bahamas.

2. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is needed to enter or win. Buying anything from TKC does not improve your chances.

3. Who can enter

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 or older at the time of entry, wherever they live. It is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and it is your responsibility to make sure entering is legal where you live.

TKC employees and the members of their households are not eligible.

4. Entry period

The Giveaway starts when the giveaway post is published on @TropicalKosherConcierge and ends on January 12, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received after that time are not counted.

5. How to enter

To enter, on Instagram: follow @TropicalKosherConcierge, like the giveaway post, and comment on it tagging two people and telling us which prize you want to win.

For one bonus entry, share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @TropicalKosherConcierge before the Giveaway ends.

Each person may have one entry plus one bonus entry. Extra comments or multiple accounts do not add entries. We have to be able to see your entry to count it. Entries made with fake accounts or automated tools will be disqualified.

6. How the winners are chosen

Three winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on January 13, 2027. The Grand Prize is drawn first, then the Second Prize, then the Third Prize. Each person can win only one prize.

Telling us which prize you want is part of your entry, but it does not limit which prize you can win. A bonus entry gives you a second chance in the draw.

7. How winners are notified

Winners will be announced on our Instagram Stories on January 13, 2027 and contacted by direct message from @TropicalKosherConcierge. A winner must reply within 72 hours of that message. If they don't, the prize is forfeited and another winner is drawn.

We will never ask a winner for a payment, a password or card details to claim a prize. Only messages from @TropicalKosherConcierge are from us.

8. The prizes

Grand Prize: two tickets to see Ishay Ribo live at Atlantis during the Passover program 2027, on the date set by the event organizer.

Second Prize: a Bahamas island experience for two at Goodies Beach Bar & Lounge on Rose Island, including roundtrip transportation, kosher lunches and snorkeling.

Third Prize: the TKC VIP Arrival Experience for two, including private airport transportation, a Resort-Ready Classic Kit, kosher lunches for two in Nassau, and concierge support during your stay.

9. Prize conditions

Flights, hotel accommodation and any other travel costs are not included in any prize.

The Second and Third Prizes must be used by December 31, 2027, and are booked with us in advance, subject to availability.

Prizes are transferable: a winner may give their prize to someone else by letting us know before it is booked. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to their prize.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, TKC may substitute a prize of similar or greater value.

10. General

By entering, you agree to these rules, and TKC's decisions about the Giveaway are final. TKC may disqualify any entry that breaks these rules or Instagram's terms.

If the Giveaway cannot run as planned, for example because of technical problems or fraud, TKC may change, pause or cancel it.

Winners agree that TKC may share their Instagram handle and first name when announcing the winners.

11. Your information

We only use entrants' information to run the Giveaway and to contact the winners. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information more generally.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with the Giveaway.
