Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what you type into a request form, and nothing else. We use it to quote and arrange your trip. We share it with the operators who actually run your excursion, transfer or delivery, and with nobody else. We do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

When you send a request or a message through this site, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• The dates, party size and details of what you are asking for, including the answers to the questions on that particular form.
• Anything you choose to write in the notes field, which may include dietary requirements, the occasion, or accessibility needs.
• The page you sent the request from, so we know what you were looking at.

What we do not collect

• Payment card numbers. Nothing on this site takes a payment. Invoicing happens separately once you have approved a quote.
• Passport, identity or government document numbers.
• Any account or password, because the site has no accounts.
• Your location.

Why we collect it

To respond to you and to arrange what you asked for: checking availability, preparing a quote, booking with the operator, and getting the right thing to the right place on the right day. If you tell us about a dietary requirement or a kashrut preference, we use it to prepare your food correctly.

If we ever send you news or offers by email, it will only be with your consent, and every such email will let you opt out.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in Airtable, and a copy is emailed to our team through Resend. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. All three are service providers based in the United States, which means your information is stored and processed there.

Access to the Airtable base is limited to the people who need it to arrange your trip.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed to deliver what you booked. In practice that means passing your name, contact number and the relevant details to the charter captain, driver, dive centre, caterer, spa, photographer or other operator running that part of your trip.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We will disclose it where the law requires us to.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking pixels.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It records the page, the referring site, the country, and the general type of device. It sets no cookies and no identifier, and it cannot be used to recognise you across sites or visits.

The booking calendar on our Book page is embedded from Acuity Scheduling. If you interact with that calendar, Acuity may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as we need them to run the business: to handle your booking, to answer questions afterwards, and to keep the accounting records the law requires.

Your choices

Write to us and we will act on it. You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold on you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your details entirely. We may need to keep a minimal record of a completed booking for accounting, and we will tell you if that applies.

If you have agreed to receive offers from us, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Children

This site is intended for adults making travel arrangements. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Where a booking involves children, we only hold what the adult booking told us, such as how many children are travelling and their ages where that affects pricing or safety.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so requests are encrypted in transit. Our service providers hold the stored data under their own security controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passport numbers, card details or other sensitive documents through the forms on this site. If we need something like that, we will arrange a safer way.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
