Tropical Kosher Concierge (TKC) is a luxury concierge service based in The Bahamas, specializing in kosher-friendly vacations, private excursions, and personalized travel planning.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 7–15 days in advance for guaranteed availability. For yacht charters, excursions, and custom inquires, we kindly ask that all bookings be made at least 48 hours ahead of time. Any last-minute requests? Contact us directly.

Are you affiliated with Chabad of The Bahamas?

No. TKC is a private venture and not affiliated with Chabad of The Bahamas or any other institution. That said, we have tremendous respect and appreciation for Rabbi Bluming and all that he does for the Jewish community in The Bahamas and visiting guests. When should I arrive for my scheduled excursion?

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before all scheduled start times to allow for check-in, waivers, safety briefing, boarding, and any last-minute coordination. short-notice bookings, please contact us directly.

What’s included in your concierge packages?

Each package varies, but typically includes roundtrip transportation, curated excursions, kosher lunch options, Resort-Ready Kits, and full coordination handled by our team.

What does TKC handle for me?

Our pricing reflects the level of service, coordination, and attention to detail that goes into every booking. We handle everything behind the scenes, from arranging trusted vendors and transportation, to ensuring all kosher accommodations are properly prepared, so you can simply enjoy your vacation without stress or logistics to manage.

How do I receive my Resort-Ready Kit?

Delivery is included in the price of your Resort-Ready Kosher Kit. You will be sent an email confirming dropoff at your hotel front desk. Please notify the front desk to pick up your kit or request it be brought to your room. Kits are packaged in reusable insulated bags that we encourage you to take home. If you choose not to keep the bag, you can leave it with the front desk upon checkout where they will be donated to a local food bank.

Do you only serve kosher-observant guests?

While we specialize in kosher and Shabbat-friendly services, anyone can book with us. We ensure all dietary and cultural preferences are respected.

What’s included in your excursion lunches, and how far in advance should I order?

To ensure the highest quality and kosher standards, all kosher food provided through TKC is sourced exclusively from reputable suppliers under the supervision of the CRC (kashrut certification list). , kosher lunches and special requests must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. This lead time allows us to coordinate certified ingredients, preparation, and delivery seamlessly.

Meat Lunch (Fleishig)

Each meat lunch package (for 2 guests) includes:

  • Deli Sandwiches (salami, turkey, bread, pickles, tomatoes, condiments).

  • Coleslaw Salad

  • Seasonal Fruit

  • Chips

  • Gatorade

  • Cutlery

All meals are double-sealed and clearly labeled as Meat, with full kosher certification.

Dairy Lunch (Milchig)

Each dairy lunch package for 2 guests includes:

  • Smoked Salmon Bagels (bagel, salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, red onion, condiments)

  • Coleslaw Salad

  • Chips

  • Cookies

  • Gatorade

  • Cutlery

All meals are double-sealed and clearly labeled as Dairy, with full kosher certification.

How do I receive my kosher lunch?

All lunches are prepared fresh the same day and delivered directly to the guests at the excursion site or marina in temperature-controlled TKC cooler bags. Each meal remains sealed until opened by the guest.

Our team coordinates with excursion vendors to ensure that kosher meals are stored separately from any non-kosher food and handled respectfully at all times.

Why use a two-step process for Stuart Cove’s bookings?

For Stuart Cove’s snorkeling and diving excursions, we use a two-step process:

You’ll pay a 10% booking fee through Tropical Kosher Concierge.

After that, we’ll send you a secure Stuart Cove’s booking link, where you’ll pay the remaining balance directly to Stuart Cove’s and confirm your reservation.

Why this system?

Booking through the link gives you an automatic $10 discount per person with Stuart Cove’s, which helps offset our concierge fee so you don’t end up paying more overall.

It ensures your spot is guaranteed while still giving you the best available rate.

This method also keeps your payment with Stuart Cove’s fully secure and transparent.

This two-step payment process applies only to Stuart Cove’s bookings. All other Tropical Kosher Concierge services are handled directly through us.
