Tropical kosher Concierge may serve as a booking agent or supplier. Many of the services we offer are fulfilled by third-party vendors (charter companies, excursion operators, transport providers, etc.) We have carefully vetted and curated vendors for their reliability, professionalism, and service, but we are not able, and do not assume liability for the delivery or outcome of third-party services.

Tropical Kosher Concierge applies a 10% concierge service fee to all excursions, food/grocery, and third-party service bookings. This fee supports our coordination, guest support, and quality assurance efforts to ensure each experience meets TKC’s standards. Prices subject to change. All excursions and services subject to availability.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Full payment is required at the time of booking (See Stuart Cove’s Bookings for details).
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, wire transfer, Venmo, or crypto.
After selecting your services and submitting your request, you’ll see a confirmation message letting you know your request has been received. Our team will then review your details, check availability, and coordinate any special requests.
Next, we’ll follow up with a personalized quote outlining everything you selected. Once you review and approve the quote, we’ll send over a final invoice to officially secure and confirm you’re booking.
For your convenience, all payments are handled directly through Tropical Kosher Concierge, so you won’t need to coordinate or pay individual vendors or drivers. Everything is streamlined for a seamless, stress-free experience.

For Stuart Cove’s snorkeling and diving excursions, we use a two-step process:
1. You’ll pay a 10% booking fee through Tropical Kosher Concierge.
2. After that, we’ll send you a secure Stuart Cove’s booking link, where you’ll pay the remaining balance directly to Stuart Cove’s and confirm your reservation.
Why this system?
- Booking through the link gives you an automatic $10 discount per person with Stuart Cove’s, which helps offset our concierge fee.
- This method also keeps your payment with Stuart Cove’s fully secure and transparent.
This two-step payment process applies only to Stuart Cove’s bookings. All other Tropical Kosher Concierge services are handled directly through us.

72+ hours before: Full refund.
48–72 hours before: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.
Some vendors (e.g. private yacht charters, specialty excursions) may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be communicated at booking.
Weather cancellations are handled case-by-case. If a vendor cancels due to unsafe conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. (Note: many excursions still run in light rain or cloudy conditions.)

We recommend booking at least 7–15 days in advance for typical availability. For short-notice bookings, please contact us directly.
We kindly ask that kosher lunches and special requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. This lead time allows us to coordinate preparation and delivery seamlessly.

Arrive on time with proper ID, tickets, and any required gear.
Share dietary, medical, or mobility needs at the time of booking.
Children are required to be supervised by an adult.
For kosher/shabbat-sensitive bookings, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
