Terms & Conditions – Tropical Kosher Concierge Bookings
Effective Date: January 2025
By booking an excursion, service, or activity (“Experience”) through Tropical Kosher Concierge (“TKC”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation
Experience(s) and services are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment is received.
Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp or email once payment is processed.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed (See Stuart Cove’s Bookings for details).
Payment can be made via cash, credit card, wire transfer, Venmo or crypto.
3. Pricing & Inclusions
Prices subject to change.
Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of taxes where applicable.
Prices include only the features explicitly mentioned in your booking summary.
Add-ons (e.g., photographers, kosher meals, private chefs) are available at additional cost.
4. Stuart Cove's Booking
For Stuart Cove’s snorkeling and diving excursions, we use a two-step process:
You’ll pay a 10% booking fee through Tropical Kosher Concierge.
After that, we’ll send you a secure Stuart Cove’s booking link, where you’ll pay the remaining balance directly to Stuart Cove’s and confirm your reservation.
Why this system?
Booking through the link gives you an automatic $10 discount per person with Stuart Cove’s, which helps offset our concierge fee so you don’t end up paying more overall. It ensures your spot is guaranteed while still giving you the best available rate.
This method also keeps your payment with Stuart Cove’s fully secure and transparent.
This two-step payment process applies only to Stuart Cove’s bookings. All other Tropical Kosher Concierge services are handled directly through us unless otherwise mentioned.
5. Vendor & Third-Party Services
TKC may serve as a booking agent or supplier. Many of the services we offer are fulfilled by third-party vendors (charter companies, excursion operators, transport providers, etc.) We have carefully vetted and curated vendors for their reliability, professionalism, and service—but we are not able, and do not assume liability for the delivery or outcome of third-party services.
6. Guest Responsibility
Guests must disclose any medical, dietary, or mobility needs at the time of booking.
You are responsible for arriving on time and bringing any required identification, gear, or waivers.
Children must be supervised at all times. Age limits may apply for certain activities.
7. Kosher-Sensitive Bookings
When kosher food or Shabbat-sensitive scheduling is involved, you must communicate those needs at the time of booking.
Kosher food and items are handled according to the highest standards. Kosher items are available during the Experiences only available through Tropical Kosher Concierge and will be explicitly noted and confirmed. We do not make or bake any of the food provided. All packaged products have reputable hechsherim per the CRC.
Guests must confirm any heating/storage arrangements if bringing their own kosher food onboard.
8. Cancellation Policy
Please Contact Us to cancel any appointment.
Cancellations made:
72 hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a 100% refund.
48–72 hours before will receive a 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours or no-shows will be non-refundable.
Some vendors (such as private yacht charters or specialty excursions) may have separate cancellation terms. These will be communicated at the time of booking and may be in addition to the above fees.
Weather related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis with vendor cooperation. If the vendor cancels due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling. Note: Many of these charters often run in cloudy or rainy conditions.
9. Lead Time & Scheduling
We recommend booking at least 7–15 days in advance for guaranteed availability, especially for yacht charters, excursions, and custom inquires. For short-notice bookings, please contact us directly.
kosher lunches and special requests must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. This lead time allows us to coordinate certified ingredients, preparation, and delivery seamlessly.
Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your experience.
All modifications are subject to vendor approval and availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tropical Kosher Concierge, its Owners, Agents, Employees, Associates or Contractors are not liable for any type of personal injury, loss, theft, damage, delays, or disruption resulting from the Experiences, bookings, cancellations, or any transactions performed by Tropical Kosher Concierge or their Contractors, subcontractors or third-party vendors.
Participation in excursions is at your own risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA
