Official Rules

1. Organizer

The Ultimate Bahamas Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organized by Tropical Kosher Concierge ("TKC", "we"), Nassau, The Bahamas.

2. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You will never be asked for payment or card details to enter or to claim a prize.

3. Who can enter

The Giveaway is open to individuals anywhere in the world who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if that is older, at the time of entry.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for making sure that taking part is lawful where they live.

Employees, officers and contractors of TKC, of the suppliers providing any prize, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible.

A potential winner who lives in Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before being confirmed as a winner.

4. Entry period

The Giveaway opens when this page is published and closes on January 12, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received after the close are not counted. TKC's server clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to enter

Enter by completing the entry form at www.tropicalkosherconcierge.com/giveaway, including your first and last name, email address and country or region of residence, and confirming that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these rules. This form is the only way to enter.

Following, liking, commenting, tagging, sharing or reposting on any social media platform is not required, and none of these actions gives an entry or a bonus entry. Agreeing to receive marketing emails is optional and does not affect your entry or your chances.

Limit one entry per person. Additional entries from the same person, including entries using different email addresses, do not increase your chances and may be disqualified. Entries made with automated tools, false information or fake identities are void. Incomplete entries are void.

Telling us which prize interests you most is optional, is for our information only, and does not affect your chances or guarantee you that prize.

6. Prizes

Grand Prize: The Ultimate Rose Island VIP Escape for Four. A beach-day experience at Goodies Beach Bar & Lounge on Rose Island for four guests, including roundtrip transportation, a premium beach experience, kosher lunches for four and snorkeling, arranged by TKC. Any additional VIP treatment offered by the venue is at the venue's discretion and is not part of the guaranteed prize.

Second Prize: $500 Tropical Kosher Concierge Experience Credit. A credit of $500 USD toward eligible TKC experiences and services in Nassau and Paradise Island, booked through TKC. Approximate retail value: $500 USD. The credit is not cash and cannot be redeemed for cash or a cash equivalent. It must be used for services booked by the winner and taking place by December 31, 2027, after which it expires. Any unused balance is forfeited when the credit expires and is not refunded or paid out.

Third Prize: The TKC VIP Arrival Experience for Two. Private airport transportation for two, one Resort-Ready Classic Kit, a Kosher Lunch Package for two, and concierge support during the winner's stay in Nassau.

Not included in any prize: airfare, hotel or other accommodation, travel insurance, travel documents, and any other cost or expense not expressly listed above.

7. Using the prizes

Prizes must be booked in advance with TKC and used by December 31, 2027, subject to availability. Dates and times are set by TKC and its suppliers.

If weather, sea conditions or safety concerns prevent an experience from going ahead, TKC will offer another date. If no workable date remains before the use-by date, TKC will instead provide a TKC experience credit of equal value toward other eligible services.

If any part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside TKC's control, TKC may substitute a prize or prize element of equal or greater value, where permitted by law.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Grand Prize is for the winner and three guests, and the Third Prize for the winner and one guest; the winner must take part.

8. How the winners are chosen

Three winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period, on or about January 13, 2027, using a computer-based random selection process conducted by TKC.

The Grand Prize winner is drawn first, then the Second Prize winner, then the Third Prize winner. Each person can win only one prize. Every eligible entry has the same chance of being drawn for each prize, and the odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner notification and verification

Potential winners will be contacted by email, and by phone if one was provided, and must reply within 72 hours. A potential winner who does not reply in time, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be drawn.

Before receiving a prize, a potential winner may be asked to confirm their identity, age and residence and to sign a declaration of eligibility and release, and a publicity release where lawful.

We will never ask a winner for a payment, a password or card details to claim a prize. Genuine messages come only from support@tropicalkosherconcierge.com or from our official accounts.

10. Taxes and travel

Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to their prize, and for their own travel to and from The Bahamas, passports, visas, travel insurance and any other personal expenses.

11. Publicity

Where permitted by law, winners agree that TKC may announce their first name, last initial and country or region, including on Instagram.

12. Your information

Entry information is used to run the Giveaway, check eligibility and contact winners, as described in our privacy notice. You will only receive marketing emails if you separately opted in.

13. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release TKC and its suppliers from liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from accepting or using a prize, except where caused by TKC's negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

TKC is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical problems.

14. Changes and cancellation

If the Giveaway cannot run as planned, for example because of fraud, technical failure or events outside TKC's control, TKC may modify, suspend or cancel it where permitted by law, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules.

15. Governing law and disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any dispute about the Giveaway will be resolved in the courts of The Bahamas, unless the law where the entrant lives requires otherwise.

16. Instagram and Facebook

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any responsibility in connection with the Giveaway. Questions about the Giveaway should be directed to TKC, not to those platforms.
